Design and implementation of Target Operating Model for the incumbent Triple Play Telco including Technology, Process, Organisation, Culture, and Competency Frameworks, executed over a period of 9 months.
Digital Telco Operating Model — Large Middle Eastern Telco
Created the next-gen OSS blueprint and helped Etisalat navigate rapid consumer, device and content-related changes in the industry. Deliverables included OSS 2.0 end-state Architecture Design, Network Readiness report, Big Data and CEM Target Operating Model.
Real-Time Contextual Marketing — Large Middle Eastern Telco
Designed an automated Real-time marketing capability to enable hyper-personalised targeting of subscribers by being 'context aware' in addition to monitoring real-time events and behavioural change. The RTM decisioning engine was implemented alongside Next Best Action capability.
